Police department reconstitutes Internal Complaints Committee

The Police department has reconstituted the Internal Complaints Committee (ICC) to handle complaints of sexual harassment of women at workplace under the Sexual Harassment of Women at Work Place (Prevention, Prohibition, Redressal) Act, 2013 (14 of 2013), with IPS officer Anita Roy as chairman, Rachna Singh, SP, as secretary, and Akalya, SI and Vidya Ramkumar (external) as members, a department order stated.
