The State Bank of India (SBI) has relocated its Retail and Small & Medium Enterprise Credit Centre (RASMECC)) branch to a new premises.
A press release said the branch which was previously operating at 208, Vignesh Complex, Ground, First, and Second Floors, Anna Salai, opposite the Botanical Garden, has been relocated to a new location at No. 7, Ayyanar Kovil Main Road, Jayakrishna Plaza, First Floor, Ellapillaichavady.
Inaugurating the new premises, Parminder Singh, Chief General Manager of SBI Chennai Circle, (comprising TN & Puducherry) emphasised the bank’s commitment to offer efficient financial services.
The new branch spans 8,600 square feet, making it the largest, first of its kind among the RASMECC centers in the Chennai circle, he noted.
The key features included a large document storage vault, exclusive customer interaction zones, dedicated play area for children and ample parking facilities for customers.
