Jannat Zubair, recently eliminated from "The Traitors," has revealed her biggest regret following her departure from the show. The actress, who captivated audiences with her appearance, was voted out by Harsh Gujral and Purav Jha after Gujral's recruitment as a traitor.
Zubair expressed that her biggest regret was not exposing Harsh Gujral before her eviction. She stated she was certain of Gujral's traitorous role and even confronted him about it the night before her elimination.
"I think I regret the most about that episode when I could not get Harsh out. I was so sure, I told him that night in the VDs that I know Anshula is not there, but I have written her name. Harsh is a recruited traitor. I have told all this, everything has been shown in the VDs.)"
Zubair had planned to reveal her suspicions about Gujral at the breakfast table the following morning, aiming to catch him off guard. However, Gujral ultimately "murdered" her that very night, preventing her from executing her plan. "I will have this regret all my life, and no happiness can take away that thing," she confessed.
Despite her regret, Jannat Zubair described her experience on "The Traitors" as "unforgettable." She shared a group photo on social media, expressing gratitude for the connections she made and the lessons she learned.
Her caption read: "What a ride it’s been. Grateful for every moment, every connection, and everything I’ve learnt. Sometimes loyalty costs you the game, but I wouldn’t have played it any other way. The Traitors, you’ve been unforgettable. #TeamInnocent always."
The finale of "The Traitors," filmed at the luxurious Hotel Suryagarh in Jaisalmer, Rajasthan, is set to air today, July 3rd, at 8:00 PM on Prime Video. The show began with 20 contestants, and the finale promises to be a thrilling conclusion.
